How your LAX pickup works
- Send your flight number. Add your airline, flight number and landing time to the request form below.
- We time the pickup to your arrival. Your guide-driver meets you at LAX. We track your flight and adjust the pickup if it lands early or late. Without meet & greet, your driver meets you at the arrivals curb and calls or texts you when you land.
- Want to be met inside the terminal? Add meet & greet (+$50): your guide-driver waits for you with a name sign.
- Bags in, and you’re off. Go straight to your hotel, or start your tour: bags stay locked in the SUV while you sightsee.

Your guide-driver picks you up at LAX and spends 4 hours showing you Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the coast, with your bags locked in the SUV, before dropping you at your hotel. Perfect for morning arrivals before hotel check-in, and a far better first day than a hotel lobby.
Want longer on the tour? Add extra hours on the day for $175 per hour, if the car and guide are free.
If your flight is late
Send us your flight number and we'll adjust the pickup to your actual arrival.
Waiting beyond 60 minutes after landing (international) or 30 minutes (domestic) is billed at the hourly rate in 15-minute steps.
